ONF logo modernization and graphic charter
The National Office of forest is a French public body responsible for managing France’s public forests.
The shape chosen immediately conveys to viewers the idea of forest and tree, with the shape drawn by the void.
The colored shape, with its 2 oak leaves, represents a lung.
In this logo, the essential values of the ONF stand out, both the ecological stakes with the idea of the lung, but also the institutional character of this establishment thanks to the use of a straight serif font.
The unique character of this logo is reflected in a « hand-drawn » effect evoking the world of the painter Matisse.
